Sunday in Stockholm - Kiana

Today is Sunday, March 25. It was a pretty warm day if you compare it to the days prior to today. This morning Elin, her father, and I walked to the lake. We walked alongside of the frozen water and part of the time we even walked on the ice. It was next to a nice park covered in ice and snow. We then stopped for fika. (Have you heard of fika in Sweden?) We then headed home. Shortly after, by car we went to the Mall of Scandinavia. We met up with some friends and I went with them to get frozen yogurt. After we finished we made our way up to play laser tag with the others. It was really fun and it got really hot. A group of girls, including myself, walked around the mall going into a couple stores. After we went on the train. We parted ways and Elin and I walked back to her home. I can quickly see that Stockholm is more sustainable than Hawaii. In Stockholm a lot of things are in walking distance so you can walk almost everywhere, whereas back at home we drive around in cars way more often. The walking is also good for your health!
